Sunrise Yoga

Join us to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit in this serene setting. Don't miss the chance to start your day with positivity and calmness.

Join Malissa every Thursday in June at 5:45AM.

Please bring a yoga mat, and a towel.

Cost: $20.00 per class or all four classes for $50.00

Details:

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while seated in a chair or while using a chair for support. It is specifically designed for individuals with limited mobility, making it accessible for seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone who may have difficulty getting on and off the floor. 

In chair yoga, participants perform modified yoga poses and stretches that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance and focus. The practice often includes seated exercises that focus on breathing, relaxation, and gentle movements to promote physical and mental well-being. 

Chair yoga provides numerous benefits, such as reducing tension, improving circulation, and enhancing overall body awareness. It’s a great way for people with limited mobility to engage in physical activity, promote mindfulness, and enjoy the restorative effects of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
