Do you offer online classes?
Yes. Certain classes are offered live. You can join us online, in the comfort of your own home.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Yes. To book a private class, message us. We will be more than happy to specialize a class for you to help you deepen your practice, or help you with any concerns you may have.
WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?
We offer two types of classes to suit your needs: therapeutic classes and athletic classes.
Therapeutic classes are perfect for those who want a slower paced class, those who are dealing with some limitations, or those who are new to the practice.
