About the event

Join us for a comprehensive pelvic floor workshop designed to help you understand and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.  Whether you're looking to prevent problems, manage existing issues, or simply improve your overall pelvic health, this workshop will provide you with valuable information and practical skills. Open to all levels, this workshop offers a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals of all backgrounds. Come learn how to care for your pelvic floor and enhance your overall well-being.

The discussion will be led by Dr. Katie Bacarella, owner of Move Physical Therapy. She will cover the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, common issues and conditions, and effective exercises to promote strength and flexibility.

Malissa Whited, ERYT will help us explore the connection between yoga postures, breath work, and pelvic floor exercises to enhance strength, stability, and awareness in this often-neglected area of the body.  Through a series of gentle and targeted movements, you will learn how to engage and release the pelvic floor muscles, improving both strength and flexibility.

This workshop is suitable for all levels.
