Service Description

Restorative Yoga slows us down. It grounds us. It allows us to melt away some of the stress of life, and just be. In that space, it is easier to be grateful, humble, and compassionate. What a perfect time of the season, to slow down for a moment and embody these qualities. Join Malissa for a 60 minute candlelit Restorative Yoga class. Class will be held on the wall, supported by props, and will end with a lovely singing bowl bath. Class size limited to 12 participants. Cost: $25.00 if registered before December 18th. $30.00 after. Unlimited members: $20.00

All sales are final. Packages cannot be shared and are good for the timeframe they were purchased in. 6 class packages have a 6 week expiration from time of purchase. 10 class packages have a 10 week expiration from time of purchase. Unlimited packages are good for 1 month from time of purchase. Drop-in classes have a 1 month expiration date from time of purchase.
